I was really impressed with every aspect of my stay at JAM Gent. I feel that the photos do not do it justice. The customer service was superb following a booking issue I had. The family room isvhuge, plenty of space for everyone. The beds are comfy and well positioned. The location of the hotel is in the student area so there are plenty of places to eat and drink. With a short walk into the city centre.

The most unique hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Fantastic building with an incredibly cool interior. Packed with art everywhere. Pet friendly and it was wonderful to sit in the top floor bar seeing other dogs with their owners. Breakfast was amazing both the room, food and drinks. Only slightly negative comment were the two in the reception upon arrival who were efficient but not very welcoming.

15-20 minute stroll into Gent centre. Very large car park below hotel and plenty high enough for van (2.1 M) worked out about 12€ for every 24 hours. Staff: Friendly & helpful Check in: Quick Restaurant: Didn’t use. Bar: Roof top bar had a great atmosphere and good choice of drinks. Bedroom: Clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast: buffet, limited choice but very nice. We had a family room and it was very comfortable. Wifi : Free and fast Would 100% stay again and highly recommend. Excellent value for money.

Cool hotel, about 25 mins walk from Central Ghent. The pool was warm and well received and beds were comfy. Parking nearby was reasonable. Unfortunately our shower was blocked, and our room flooded, so we had to move to a slightly smaller room.

Loved it. Highly recommend. Clean room, friendly staff, nice decor. Actually the only downside is that the bunk bed didn’t feel particularly safe to us so we did not allow our child to sleep on the top bunk however we managed to make do by having both children in the bottom bed. Regardless, it was a great location and very stylish hotel. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.

We stayed here with our two children and we cannot say enough positive things about the staff. We ended up having to stay an extra night when one of our kids got sick and they were so wonderful and flexible as our plans shifted and evolved. The hotel itself was clean, had a unique style, and met our needs. We also took advantage of the laundry service while we were there, which worked out very well. For the price and the location, we’d certainly recommend it.

Fantastic, artistically designed and spacious room and wonderful amenities including glorious roof terrace with a cute little pool. Lovely sunset views over the city. We weren't convinced the bottom bunk had had it's sheets changed as there were a couple of hairs on it but by and large it was a super hotel in a really beautiful building. It is around 20 mins walk to the centre but a nice safe walk.

Quirky hotel. Spacious room but with the design you’ll be lucky not to bang your head or legs! We had a chunk of concrete lying on a metal railing above the bed in the room which was worrying. Room and bathroom clean but cigarette butts and packets on our balcony. Pool is very tiny! Cool music and vibe in the rooftop bar. Nice food at the on-site restaurant - Asian fusion, sharing plates. I don’t think I’d pay for breakfast again as lots of cafes and bakeries nearby. If you’re looking for a cool, funky hotel, with a young vibe and easy walk into Gent this is for you.

Very original and quirky hotel, spotlessly clean, rooftop bar is really nice, unfortunately we couldn't get anywhere near the pool as far to busy but it looked nice. Only downside was air conditioning in the room was very poor and visited in middle of a heatwave making for an uncomfortable night. But would definitely recommend Jam to anybody going to Ghent.

We loved this hotel. It's incredibly well designed and there's eye catching details where ever you look. You realise that the designers have created a well thought out, design led but practical hotel. We stayed in a room for five (2 adults, 3 children) and it was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was great (in the Tank Room) and what was even better was it was a relaxed affair, quiet, but all the children gravitated towards the little area by the fireplace where there were children's toys and puzzles - and all played together. The rooftop pool was an absolute bonus and relief from the blistering heat we experienced! Although it was about fifteen minutes or so walk into Ghent, it wasn't a problem and easy to do. We enjoyed our stay - we will be back!
