First of all, the customer service with both Hotels.com & Comfort Hotel was atrocious! Neither could help me with my booking. After FINALLY getting in contact with an actual person at Hotels.com they did NOT resolve my issue. Comfort Hotel did not want to either. What was the issue? I accidentally booked 1 day before I was arriving. I called Hotels.com within 5 minutes of my mistake and 3 weeks before my arrival, spent 2 hours trying to make a simple date change. Did they accomplish this? Absolutely NOT! Comfort Hotel did not help me either! What a joke. It's apparent neither entity wants to truly help their customers. I ended up paying for an overpriced room (actually it was more like a closet, I thought someone was playing a joke on me). $150 US dollars down the drain, not to mention the disastrous travel situation this put me in. It's obvious Hotels.com & Comfort Hotel will pass the buck and play shell games with their customers to swindle them out of their hard earned cash. Please do not waste your time, money, or vacation with companies unwilling to even remotely care about their customers.
