There was a lot of difference between the photos and the facilities, and it doesn't look like a four-star hotel. There were no slippers, no manicures in the room. The bathroom was too small for adults to use. And there was no electric kettle in the hotel, so I had to bring a cup of hot water to a paper cup. I don't recommend it.

I brought a group of 8 to the hotel. We cancelled one room nearly two weeks in advance due to an injury but they still charged us after saying they would consider not. A/C turned off, elevator did not work, parking was a block away. Poor experience after all considered. We used 7 hotels over a two week period. This one was the lowest. Cannot recommend it

Stayed for two nights, First night tired from traveling, webt straight to bed , woke up both of us bitten from mosquitoes, (all windows closed) FIrst thing in a morning made a complain at reception, she gave me mosquito repelent.to put on wall outlet. Even that i choose to do payment when i stay ,my credit card was charged for one night before i checked in. Receptionist told me that its only pre authorisation. I showed to her thay its not pre authorisation but charge. Next day when i checked out i was charged again full price for two nights, again i showed both transfers she told me that during the day first transfer will be returned to me, but still nothing. I wrote email to hotel and they wrote me back that it takes from 72h to 21 days. It showes 4 star hotel but 1 star its more than enough.

Hôtel vieillot mais propre et bien situé pour aller au centre de Milan en 20 min C’est écarté des endroits fréquenté mais ça permet également d’avoir la coupure du bruit et des rues fréquentées. Le petit déjeuner était compris, basique mais amplement ce qu’il faut. La chambre est utile simplement pour se laver et dorie

Hotel muito velho, longe de ser 4 estrelas.
A recepcionista da noite queria que deixássemos um número de cartão de crédito como caução para possíveis danos na propriedade, dizendo que houve problemas com outros hóspedes que fizeram a reserva sem ser diretamente com o hotel, mas como já havíamos pagado a estadia completa e, infelizmente, também havíamos nos hospedado lá na semana anterior e ninguém havia solicitado nada, nos recusamos e nada aconteceu, a não ser ela não nos cumprimentar mais até o final da estadia. O café da manhã é bem diversificado, mas o sabor da comida não é boa. O banheiro é terrível! Na primeira estadia ficamos no casal superior, um horror! Um chuveiro dentro da banheira (clássico europeu), mas que joga e escorre agua tudo para fora e inunda o banheiro inteiro, porque o vidro do box é só um pedacinho e nem é fechado até embaixo. Já na segunda estadia (só nos hospedamos porque não havia como cancelar) ficamos na suíte standard, nesse banheiro não tinha a banheira, somente um box de chuveiro minúsculo pouco menos de 70x70cm, que com o espaço utilizado pela manopla do chuveiro e pela prateleira dos produtos de higiene, sobra uns 50cm, ou seja, para se ensaboar você bate cotovelo e as costas o tempo todo. E a porta de entrada do box não abre mais do que 40cm, mas pelo menos não inunda o banheiro! O estacionamento disponível são vagas na frente do hotel, na rua. Enfim, pior experiência que tive em 23 dias de viagem e 9 hotéis diferentes.
