Beautifully appointed room that was much larger than we expected. Staff went out of their way to get me a different type of pillow. Lovely sundeck to use. And most importantly, great proximity to all of of pot stem. He walked everywhere from the farmers market to the Palace and all of our meals with ease

The hotel is located in a historic, well kept building very well situated at the beginning of the main shopping street. The front desk was very friendly and guided us personally to a beautiful room. Very comfortable bed and the room had many amenities (even an umbrella for guests to use). We travelled with our toddler and the room service had the cutest bed set up in the room for our son. The breakfast buffet is also recommendable. We would definitely return to this hotel on a future stay in Potsdam. Don't miss the KPI store and outlet right next to the hotel.

Needs a renovation. Carpet was shabby and stained. No electrical accommodations for cell phones, etc. Staff did not offer basic hospitality (I.e. water, coffee, suggestions where to sit and wait) when I arrived early and my room wasn’t ready.
