What an amazing place. The suite was exceptional and the breakfast was SO good. We didnt have enough time in Potsdam, so we are going to check back in the next time we are nearby! We had a little toddler with us, that had the best time running around in our room. They also prepared a bet with everything for him. Just overall great! Tip top. Thank you!

Great location. One of those hotels that clearly assumes it to be better than it actually is. Staff looked bored. Room ”wasnt ready” when arrived. Perfectly fine since I was early (less than hour) and if a hotel wants to sell services on sticking sharply on arrival times. All good, no complaints. When I about two hours later got to my room it was bit smelly - older buildings tend to get that sometimes. So I aired the room, let water run down the pipes, all fine. I just dont want to hear ”room isnt ready” when people claim to be running services leaning towards the high end, when actually doing the absolute minimum possible. You can just say you dont give rooms out before the exact hour, adults will understand. Bed was really comfortable. Shower useless. But as said, a great location near parks and palaces.

Lovely central find

Beautifully appointed room that was much larger than we expected. Staff went out of their way to get me a different type of pillow. Lovely sundeck to use. And most importantly, great proximity to all of of pot stem. He walked everywhere from the farmers market to the Palace and all of our meals with ease

The hotel is located in a historic, well kept building very well situated at the beginning of the main shopping street. The front desk was very friendly and guided us personally to a beautiful room. Very comfortable bed and the room had many amenities (even an umbrella for guests to use). We travelled with our toddler and the room service had the cutest bed set up in the room for our son. The breakfast buffet is also recommendable. We would definitely return to this hotel on a future stay in Potsdam. Don't miss the KPI store and outlet right next to the hotel.
