The room was good, clean, had everything you need. It’s very difficult to get to due to road conditions. No ones fault obviously but would have been good to know. The place is in a very noisy area, so many roosters so bring good earplugs. The beach is filthy and you cannot swim there. Would not recommend going there

Casa Vina is tucked into the Barangay, Bucana, in the fisherman’s town - about a 40 minute drive from El Nido airport. Upon arrival I was immediately met by the hosts and luckily during my visit, Ramil was also visiting. I was shown the property including breakfast loft and my room. The room itself is cozy with AC and a TV. The daily breakfast is served on the upper deck and can be provided with an adjusted timeline. The family hangs out in the morning awaiting a glimmer of light from your room and spring into action to get breakfast together for you. The grounds are just a few steps from the ocean bay where local children playfully frolic. I’m forever indebted to Ramil and the Gutierrez Family for hosting me. They helped me secure transportation to multiple destinations (thanks Mon-Mon) and even helped me book the island hopping tours. They are respectful of your privacy. I would love to stay here again in the future.
