The staff was amazing, my flight was cancelled and they were so supportive, helping me contact the airline and get sorted. There's also a 7-eleven attached to the property so late night snacks were easily available. Super close to the BTS stations into Bangkok central and to the airport.

I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is by a busy street so you might be bothered if you are looking for a quiet place. I was not bothered though. I would like to come back again. To the hotel staff: thank you for your hospitality. I had a great time at your hotel. I would like to ask you a favor. Please check the restroom lock by the lobby. Tolles Hotel (Design) und Personal. Sehr freundlich, sehr modern. Wirklich schön gestaltete Zimmer. Was mich wirklich gestört hat, sind die sehr (meiner Meinung nach) lauten Zimmer zur Straße hin. Das hat mich doch sehr vom schlafen abgehalten (und das ist nunmal Hauptzweck eines Hotels). Ansonsten ist das Zimmerlicht nicht vom Bett aus steuerbar. Das Hotel besteht auf eine Kaution (bevorzugt Cash). Das habe ich so seit Jahren nicht mehr erlebt. Das ganze Prozedere verzögert Check in und out erheblich.
