Overall good. Right across beach. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of variety & omelet station. Clean. No elevators, so if stairs are an issue make sure you get a lower level room. Reception: not much personality, probably fed up with tourists. Saying hello and thank you in Thai was appreciated. The lady at the tour desk was very helpful and friendly. Laundry service: bad. The only thing bad I can say. I asked to have my laundry picked up at 9am, I waited because I had questions about the form. I had to leave the room, when I returned of course it was picked up. The binder of hotel info says laundry picked up by 10am will be delivered 6pm the following day. Next day came and no laundry. After failed call attempts I walked to the office. By now I demanded to speak someone in charge. Ana presented herself, made a call and assured me my laundry would be delivered by 9am. She stated Sunday was a holiday so it was going to take an extra day. I asked her for a discount or something because nobody mentioned it to me. I usually am pretty easy going but this is a resort with resort prices. And this was our halfway point and needed the laundry since we packed light. When I finally got the laundry, all women's clothes, I noticed the invoice that came with it was not the same invoice that I filled out. Their invoice marked some items as "Gentlemen", which have a higher price. Luckily I was smart enough to take a picture of my invoice. Back to Ana I go. Overall good, beware of laundry.
