We had an excellent stay, very relaxing and peaceful, we were brilliantly looked after. The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially in the restaurant. Even had the opportunity to try yoga on a paddle board - wobbly but good fun! Would definitely recommend.

The shower tray is very slippy and there is no grab handle. Internet very slow. Food is good and we enjoyed our stay.

The stagff, the comfortable beds, the drinks package make the stay here worthwhile. The property is tired and sunbed cushions and room decor downgrade this review. Food choices and inspiration have declined but this may be because of the worldwide avaiability of produce.

Ok, but the customer service should be better for this level of the hotel... Only bar service,noone would bring your drink to you, the royal level had very limited and not super luxury choices when it comes to food.

Positiv war der allgemeine Zustand des Hotels. Stylistisch einfach traumhaft. Unglaublich weitläufiges Areal. Sehr schöne Anlage und zuvorkommender Service. Freundliches Personal und viel inkludierte Unterhaltung. Guter Standort und hervorragendes Essen. Als negativ kann man nur Kleinigkeiten erwähnen. Manchmal fiel das WLAN aus und der Fussboden beim Royallevel ist ein Steinboden der extremen Lärm macht, wenn am Morgen Koffer oder der Wagen des Roomservices darüber fuhr. Dies wäre nicht weiter tragisch, aber da dies bereits noch vor 8 Uhr passierte, wurde ich öfters ungewollt geweckt.
