We had very nice stay, although on the second day until we left, only one elevator was functional. Breakfast and bar staff are super friendly. Location was very convenient to everything, room was clean and the hot breakfast was great. What I love most is the rain shower with great water pressure!

The only things that could use improvement are the doors to the closet and bathroom in my room did not close all the way, and the circular mirror in the bathroom did not have a bright light (maybe the bulb needed to be replaced?). Very nice hotel located in a great area and about 24 mins to downtown Charleston. The lobby/ bar area was very beautiful and the staff was super helpful. My only complaint was that the phone didn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. Still 10/10, will stay here again.

Not great! Disappointed. Spent money on lobby and lounge and not the rooms. Weird layout to the rooms which makes it backward for 4 people. Pink stain on carpet. Dirty or cracking grout in bathroom. Fabric headboard had scratches. Toilet ran all night. Cancelling our second night and going somewhere else.
