The room was small but had good amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The only negative about the room was that it was far too hot- and we stayed on a cool and rainy June day. It must be unbearable in the summer! Also the virtual keys don’t work very well which was frustrating, but overall it was a good stay and we appreciated the excellent coffee machine!

Attention to all: for checkin you need a smartphone with Bluetooth and Wifi. You must do a checkin on your phone, then you must download an app to get access to the door/gate readers from Salto. Without this you cannot enter the hotel. So if you reserve the hotel at your laptop you still need a phone and you are forced to install the app and create an account with password. You won't get access to the parking without doing this. We called the displayed phone number but nobody responded. The wifi code is displayed on the door entrance so you don't need your roaming data. An elderly couple was with us at the reception at least 30 minutes to resolve the problem. The access method is not usable for an overnight stay. To the manager: As your Salto locks have NFC get youself the system to create cards as the other hotels. Hotel is good, breakfast is good, but I will never come back again. This was a very stressful moment. Maybe it is a hip method, but totally unusable as a lot of design things. System is usable in a school or industry but not for tourists for a short stay.

This is a hotel that requires you to use an app on your phone to open that gate that allows you into the parking lot. This is the only place we had some difficulty, because I had run out of data on my eSIM, which I bought before we left for the trip from Canada. Luckily, my wife still had some data on her phone, so we got in. Once close to the hotel, I could use the free WiFi and the app to open the doors. The only staff we ever saw was the breakfast staff, who were very nice. The breakfast was perhaps the best part of the hotel! The variety and quality of the food was excellent! The hotel was clean throughout. There are a couple of restaurants within 5 minute walking distance. We just tried the Moon Cafe and it was excellent in terms of food quality and service. I'd go there again. I'd just make sure I have lots of data on my eSIM.

Self-service hotell hvor det meste er basert på teknologi. I tillegg fungerte teknologien helt perfekt. God og beskyttet parkeringsplass. Fine rom og fint bad. Internettet var raskt og godt. Frokosten hadde alt man trengte og smakte veldig godt. Hotellet var stille og omgivelsene var pene. Perfekt for en overnatting på vei fra Norge til Alpene da det ligger nært Lillebælt. Med så fine omgivelser ville det imidlertid også passet fint for et flere-dagers opphold.

Dejligt hotel som bar præg af at være helt nyt med god placering ved lystbådehavn og strand. Vi boede i et stort familieværelse med hems og forholdsvist stort køkken hvilket fungerede rigtig godt. Vi hørte intet til de andre gæster og var heller ikke generet af lyde udefra. Der var intet personale på stedet men vi havde heller ikke brug for dem. Alt fungerede virkelig godt og morgenmaden var ikke overvældende men havde fint udvalg og god kvalitet.

Majoituskokemus oli parempi kuin osasin odottaa. Hotellissa on paljon mukavia asioita: kahvia/kaakaota saatavilla, iso ruokalatila, hieno terassi meren puolella ja oma huone on suuri ja erittäin hyvin varusteltu. Ja mikä tärkeintä, sänky oli mukava! Itselleni tuli myös mukavana yllätyksenä, että ihan vieressä oli mukava ja rauhallinen hiekkaranta. Kaiken kaikkiaan todella positiivinen majoittumiskokemus.
