We arrived on a Saturday night and it was a bit noisy, since we were facing the Main Street. There were ear plugs available at the front desk. The next day, when we spoke with the front desk, they moved us to an upgraded and quiet room. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It is centrally located in the capital hill area. We were able to walk everywhere we decided to go. G

The staff were very attentive. They really were a phone call away if you need to make any requests or adjustments such as the heat and ac. I stayed in a private room en suite which had a bathroom and sink in the unit.

Nice staff and helpful. Exchanger in room needs to be cleaned or have its filter changed as it was quite loud and visibly dirty. Bathroom however was very clean and an extra blanket was provided for the bed.
