Great service but not as advertised rooms
The 2 bedroom presidential suite I was given with Haram view actually had partial view unlike the advertised picture. Also, instead of the two large bathrooms within the bedrooms promised a “Grand five-piece bathroom” which we didn’t get as well. We had tiny bathrooms that had a three piece set. These are the only two disappointments that were completely different than advertised.

Quality and service is at 5 star level. Staff does above and beyond. Checkin process was amazing and quick. Sara on the front desk was exceptional. Hand written note from Salem managing director was exceptional, no one takes time to do this. We are exceptionally satisfied and haram view was amazing.

Very nice facilities. Very close to the Haram. Beautiful view of the Kaabah and Haram from my room. Very memorable. Recommended by a friend, that's a local. It was a spectacular stay for Umrah. Breakfast and restaurant were very good. Quality & variety of food were first class. Staff were helpful and smiling. We felt welcomed. Won't be my last stay, inshaa Allah. One dislike: Hotel feels a little outdated.

Every single member of staff were so pleasant, polite, courteous and alway available to help - the best experience we have had by far! Especially those responsible for housekeeping (I forget his name but for me he was like an Uncle) and also Ismath who was of amazing help during our last days there - ensuring our luggage was looked after and allowing us to perform Umrah with ease before we were to leave for home - suffice to say if it wasn't for him and his colleagues we would not have been able to do this. May allah subhna tallah reward them all for making our pilgrimage such a pleasant one!

Staff is great. Rooms are definitely not a 5 star hotel rooms. Very very old. Shower smells like pee. I definitely not stay here again nor recommend this hotel. It’s definitely does not meet standards of Raffles brand.

l was disappointed with the experience, which felt more akin to a 4-star hotel. My room was directly beneath another undergoing construction, causing significant noise. Additionally, the cleanliness was subpar, as the bedding was quite dusty. Despite raising these issues, I received only an apology and no compensatory gesture. I hope this feedback prompts a review of your service standards.
