Great stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. I especially want to highlight the receptionist, Ali Butuhan, he was extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He made the whole experience much smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place, and big thanks to Ali for the excellent service.

8/10 Very good

The location is very central and close to the M6 metro line. Our room was small but clean. We had a great view of the Bosphorus from our window. The staff were helpful except for a miscommunication about the complimentary snacks which turned out to be not complimentary.

Everything was perfect : just to improve : There is a lack of storage in the bathroom and a lack of a mirror in the bedroom. Otherwise, the staff are very pleasant and the location is excellent.

A very nice hotel in a strategic location, conveniently close to public transportation. The staff were exceptionally kind and even upgraded our room free of charge. A special thanks to Elif, Duran, and Gisem for their warm hospitality and assistance. I would definitely return!

8/10 Very good

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. The staff was amazing. They were polite and patient. Turkey has different electric sockets, and hotel had thought of keeping plugs for different people traveling from different parts of world. Little things show that they care about the customer. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Rooms are a bit small, but the hotel staff more than makes up for it. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.
