Great Staff, Terrible Accommodation
Check-in was great! From the valet to the check in desk, all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The dining room staff were all wonderful and accommodating and everyone were professional, looking sharp! Unfortunately, the room was suffocating with uncontrollable humidity and heat. We had to leave the windows open to the outside, and had to sleep breathing in polluted air from the textile places around us. My son and I woke up with cough and wheezing! It was definitely pretty bad. The room was very nasty also. It had a smell of sewer coming from the floor drain. My husband had to plug it with wet towel. Also, there’s no place to leave your shoes as the whole room was carpeted right the entrance. The bed sheets were old looking, and ripped at the edges. Everyone also just walks in with shoes on, room service, etc. It was not good for cleanliness

A pleasant stay where the facility was in a good condition the staff were very helpful with good breakfast, however the challenge was with the transportation since there is no close metro station you'll rely on the taxis and this is a real challenge in Istanbul even with available smart apps.
