Location, location, location

Super close to the airport terminal. 5 minute walk through a covered walkway. No need for shuttle busses ( which are not free). Friendly staff, clean modern look. Very convenient if you have an early morning flight as I did.

Not clear which place to actually go.

It wasn’t clear on the booking that I was in Raddison Red. It didn’t say anywhere on the booking about that. I followed the signs for Raddison, queued for ages, only to be told that I was in the wrong hotel. It was late at night and it wasn’t very annoying.

Enjoyable stay.

The hotel was very clean, easy to get to from the airport, had a nice reception area and lounges and we were extremely happy to be able to check in hours early. The room, bed and bedding was comfortable for weary travelers and the staff was very efficient and friendly. Our flight was early in the morning so we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast, but they had rolls coffee, tea and other items we could enjoy before our departure.

Excellent breakfast!! So many options and everything was so fresh! It started at 5:30. Hotel room was great. There was a water dispenser for water in the lobby that you could get a glass of water before heading to your room. Hotel was excellent. It is called the Raddison Red (not the Raddison Blue); these hotels are in opposite directions so it’s helpful to know which one you are walking to. It’s about a 5 min walk via a walkway to the hotel from the airport.

Wouldn't stay again

For some reason this hotel thinks it's a good idea to have music playing 24/7 in all corridors meaning you can hear it while trying to sleep at night. Between this and the noise of the fridge it's almost impossible to sleep. They also put me in a accessible room with twin beds. I booked a standard double room. The food available at the hotel is below average.

Clean and convenient hotel

Stayed here for the convenience of catching my flight the next day. Hotel is 5mins walk along a covered walkway from the International Arrivals terminal. Follow signage to Radisson Red. Walkway is outdoors and a jacket is still needed if weather is cold. Nice breakfast. Clean room.

Fab hotel , walking distance to terminal via a covered walkway, check in not that good as no explanation of any services like breakfast etc , reception would have been nicer than a do it yourself kiosk We went back to airport to eat as no idea what was available

Lovely but lacking

The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel bedroom was nice and clean and spacious. The bathroom had products for use but they were not all filled. There was no way to control the heat in the bedroom and the fan made a clicking sound the whole time I was there.

Convenient & Comfortable

The Radisson couldn't have been in a more convenient location for an early flight out of Oslo. The staff were friendly, the beds comfy and the evening snack at the restaurant was good. Only complaints were the hand lotion in my bathroom was empty - what's the point of having the bottle there if it doesn't get filled. Also in the lobby, there is a little refreshment station - apples and water in the afternoon, and coffee/tea and pastries in the AM. A lovely touch - but the coffee pot was empty - was a disappointment at 5:15am as I was headed to the terminal. Overall a good stay.

Very long wait, and not worth the steep price

Booked/prepaid through hotels.com, still extremely long processing time at the desk (10-15 min +) In addition had to wait in line for two other customers in front of me. +30 minutes. Got a handicap friendly room (which I had not booked) which was fine by me, but I feel I took a room from someone else that could've needed it more. Safe on room out of order. Fridge was missing(!). Very confusing booking and finding the hotel, as is the same as Radisson RED. (SAME hotel, just advertised as two different hotels) Not worth the money. Will be Radisson BLU next time...

I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel fails to achieve the basic mission of an airport hotel beyond its location. I had a seven hour layover beginning at midnight, so I decided to get a hotel for five hours or so for some rest before a long flight home. I had checked in online to be able to get to my room quickly. At the arrival station however, the card reader needed to create my room key either didn’t work or the info graphic explaining how to make the room key was extremely poor. I was one of three people that had the same issue. The one person behind the check-in counter requested I wait in a line that was already five deep despite it being 12:30 in the morning. It took 15 minutes beyond the time I had already wasted in the lobby until I finally had a working key and could head to my room. Once in my room, I looked for a bottle of water being very thirsty post flight. No water was available in the room. Endless drinking water in Norway but none here. I went to take a shower, only to find they have the variety of door that doesn’t fully enclose, allowing water to leak all over the floor and cause a mess. But the worst part of this hotel room has to be the unbelievably bad bed. It felt like I was resting on cheap sofa cushions the way I sunk into it. Upon looking at the bed material, that’s basically what it was. Shockingly poor. I definitely won’t be back and would think twice about another Radisson stay anywhere if I had other options.
Towel shows how easily water flows out of shower and everywhere into the bathroom.
This dent is from a bit of hand pressure. Imagine the sag from an entire body.
