8/10 Very good

6/10 Good

We were shocked when we walked into the lobby. The web pictures are very different than reality. Our room was wicked small, very noisy from traffic outside. We took the desk chair and put it upside down over the nightstand to give us more room to get around bed to go to the bathroom. The bed frame stuck out beyond the mattress and we were afraid we were going to cut our leg.the bathroom was small, the shower smelled like mold and there was no hot water. The black & white tile in the hallway was not pleasing, soothing or attractive. Breakfast was lame. Tea bags would have been nice. Maybe when the renovation is complete some of this will improve. We were in 204.

6/10 Good

In my opinion, this hotel is not ready to be open yet. I stayed only one night and was supposed to stay for four. My door had children’s stickers on the outside, which isn’t bad, just weird. When I first entered my room, it was freezing, I thought the window was open. It wasnt, but the windows are paper thin, and the air conditioner was on in Dec. The room was also missing a hairdryer and the phone wasn’t working, so I had to go down and ask for one. My room also had no chair. The biggest concern was that there were some very weird stains in the carpet and the curtains. I don’t think housekeeping does a thorough job. The bed looked clean, so it was fine for one night, but I checked out the next day. Did not want to even look at another room because I saw recent reviews mentioning roaches. Finally, there were no safes to store valuables, and no signs indicating whether you wanted housekeeping for Do Not Disturb, so if I was staying multiple days and wasn’t in the room, housekeeping would have come in whether I wanted it or not! The only reason I’m not rating this hotel as poor is that the staff was nice and accommodating (aside from calling to ask when I was checking in, which was a Bit weird) and refunded my remaining three nights without trouble. I hope this hotel can get its act together.

Find somewhere, anywhere else to stay!
Very disappointing. The hotel was so hot I drank over 24 ounces of water and got up 3 times to run cold water over my wrists to get through the night. Thermostat in the room was a joke. Instead of the breakfast promised they gave a brown bag with a granola bar, potato chips, 2 cookies, peanut butter crackers, and a bottle of apple juice that had been opened! The desk clerk could not answer my question about whether parking across the street from the entrance was legal. I had to track down a staff person to find a chair for the desk. Cleaning supplies and boxes cluttered hallways. Take this one off your list!

Loud and inconvenient
This hotel is such an obvious money grab, it's hilarious. From the bathroom "barn door" that doesn't close, to the big gaudy TV with no on switch or remote. I don't think I slept more than an hour because I could hear every door slam as well as a loud chirp in the hallway. Normally I would drown out any hotel noises with some TV, but again- no remote or on switch for the TV. The bathroom was gross and there was electrical tape on the light in the shower which didn't feel safe. Thank god I traveled alone, because if I tried using the bathroom with a partner in the bedroom- our relationship would have reached a new level of intimacy as you could hear everything going on in the bathroom since the door isn't actually a door (imagine a piece of cardboard on wheels in front of the bathroom door)

Desgastado y sucio
El hotel se encontraba desgastado y sucio. Vimos una cucaracha en la mesa del desayunador; y la habitación no era cómoda y se escuchaban ruidos.

2/10 Poor

Terrible!
It would be more accurate not to call it a hotel. First of all, the elevator was broken, it worked on the 3rd try. After we got to the room, there were cockroaches(bugs) on the door and we could not enter the room. There were limited rooms because the hotel was under renovation. They gave us another room and we did not see bugs in our second room on the first day. In the hotel where we bought breakfast included, they gave biscuits and fruit juice in the package, which is a complete money trap. We couldn't take a shower, the hot water comes after about 30 minutes of running water. On the 2nd day, when we saw cockroaches(bugs) in our new room, we could never sleep. We decided to check out of the hotel before our plan and the staff at the reception saw the bugs in the room and agreed with us. Before checking out, I requested a refund of the money I paid to both hotels.com and the staff at the hotel. It took 1 week, and since the hotel did not accept the refund, hotel.com sent an e-mail that there was nothing to do. It's a total disgrace! I am adding photo.

2/10 Poor

Horrible a fuir
