What a lovely hotel! Perfectly located and it’s a gorgeous riad. However the service is what sets it apart is the service, they helped organize our entire excursions and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Room was very spacious and clean. Ayoub was very helpful.. There is a laundry service with a fee which was practical for us. Ayoub gave us breakfast boxes when we had to leave very early on the last day. Highly recommended if visiting Fes.

The Riad in in the Medina but close enough to the main street so it was easy to find it. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast is very decent Staff was very nice and friendly. We did have an issue the first night I was told they had an issue with their system and that our room was double booked for our first night. We were place at a different riad across the hall/street. We were 5 people and I had intentionally booked with them because they had a room that could accomadate all 5

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super séjour dans ce riad idéalement situé dans la médina, proche de toutes les commodités. Un immense merci à Ayoub pour sa gentillesse et sa patience incroyables. Il a été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner de très bons conseils. Merci également aux trois dames qui travaillent avec lui, toujours souriantes et très accueillantes. La chambre est typiquement marocaine, pleine de charme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le thé à la menthe , le délicieux petit déjeuner,le couscous et les petites entrees . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Merci à Ayoub et son équipe (cuisinières et femmes de ménage) pour l'accueil, le service, les bons repas et les conseils. La chambre très spacieuse était très propre, tout comme la salle bain. Petit déjeuner offert, copieux avec des produits locaux. Tajines, couscous, brochettes avec soupe, salade et fruits compris, étaient succulents.
