Very pleasant and helpful staff (particular thanks to Mohammed, the overnight receptionist). Basic but clean, well located, and very fairly priced. Staff are very responsive and welcoming. Basic breakfast is included and staff provided bottled water. Would happily stay again. Thank you.

The room was dirty and extremely noisy. It was unsafe. There was no actual door into the hotel. Anyone could come right off the street to your door. When my scammer cab driver tried to press for more than we agreed on, he followed me up to the hotel lobby. The lady tried to get rid of him, but he persisted and tried to follow me to my room. I felt so unsafe that I checked out before the 2nd night was finished. I deserve a refund.

Duş başlığından su kontrolsüz ve etrafa saçılacak şekilde akmakta, derzler ve yerler kir içindedir. ​Eksik ve Kirli Malzemeler: Otele ilk girişimizde banyo terliği bulunmuyordu. Talep etmemize rağmen verilmedi. Banyo havlusu ilk başta yoktu, isteğimiz üzerine getirilen havlular ise kirliydi. ​Temizlik Hizmetleri: Oda çöpleri düzenli olarak alınmamakta, temel kat hizmetleri ve hijyen standartları karşılanmamaktadır. ​Gürültü ve Konfor: Oda aşırı derecede dış ses almakta, yalıtımın yetersizliği yüzünden gece boyunca uyumak imkansız hale gelmektedir. ​Kahvaltı Hizmeti: Sunulan kahvaltı beklentilerin çok altında ve son derece zayıftır.
