The apartment unit we stayed at was very modern. The kitchen was compact but very useful. There are two full compact bathrooms. The location was far enough from the touristy areas so it provided a more local experience. It was still by decent food options and only a 8 minute walk to the subway station. It's only 2 stops away from the Acropolis. There are a handful of small local grocery stores to pick up most of the basics if you're cooking your own food. The host contact was so very helpful.

The property was super clean and basically in new conditions, very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The host Chrsitina was very responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is a few walking minutes from a large supermarket, near many delicious bakeries and restaurants. I would definitely come back.

The whole place is renovated and beautiful. Next door it has a fantastic pastry shop with great coffee. It is also closed to the Metro station and the Tram (bus). From the metro station , is only two stops to Acropolis. Christina is an excellent host and responds to any question quickly. If I visit Athens again, I will come back for sure.

This has so far been my favourite apartment in Athens. The apartment was spotless and the checking in process was easy. Christina gave me recommendations to some great bars to try out, one in particular has become one of my favourites in Athens Unlike most other rentals who says they have a fully equipped kitchen, this property has, which is helpful as I like to cook. On Saturdays there is a market a few minutes from the apartment where you can get fresh fruit and vegetables, there are plenty of supermarkets and bakeries close by. Neos Kosmos is within walking distance to Koukaki which is a nice area for an evening out. I have already decided that on my next trip to Athens, I will stay here again.

Great modern apartment, however bad communication

The apartment was easy to find, simple and clear instructions, great pre-entry communication. It's one of the rental apartments in what looks like a very new building. Apartment is very modern and nicely decorated, AC and TV in every room. Cafe & restaurants nearby. 10 minute walk to Metro station. When we came in everything was perfect - nice, clean and tidy, except in one of the rooms the blinds did not work so we could not open or close these. We messaged the property right away to advise - Christine was very prompt, replied very quickly & assured us someone will come over to fix these next day. And they indeed came in, however what looked like a simple thing turned out to a very messy one, they had to take the whole system down, drill, knock and do some other work, so when we came in the whole room was a mess. We notified Christine right away and asked for the cleaning. From this moment she disappeared - generic response message stating she is currently unavailable, asking to reach out via platform (where her phone number was the only option). So when we came back that night the cleaners didn't clean anything - all the bedding, floor, headboard, our personal clothing & items were covered in a heavy layer of dust. 3 of us could not sleep that night (no bed, no bedding, pillows, fully dusty room), which basically ruined our next day booked trip, plus we had to call/text other Reps to resolve the issue during the day to ensure we come to cleaned place. Very disappointing
