It used to be a nice hotel, having stayed in the past as well. I saw a totally different hotel, with a low quality level of service. What really surprised me is that i had no reply to questions raised (by mail), just a reply by the reception that it probably skipped their attention, without wondering about the content. I keep as secondary details the unjustified delays in the room service, breakfast, reception etc. The hotel used to be a jewel for the area and an example of hospitality, but what i saw was dissappointing. And, please, do not advertise vip access privileges if they are not offerred.
