Vi måtte vente 2 timer på check-in, der var ingen strøm til elevatoren. Vi blev opgraderet til De Luxe fra Superior, men Superior havde the-køkken, det forstår vi ikke. Værelset var ok, men slidt. Der er 336 værelser, 2 pool, 12 parasoller og ca 30 liggestole, så der var slåskamp om dem. Vi skulle betale 1000 bath for at tjekke ud sent (kl. 17), men efter vi klagede fik vi lov til at tjekke ud kl. 15 gratis, fordi vi måtte vente på at tjekke ind.

Overall a pleasant stay. The bed was very hard though. Air conditioning loud and difficult to adjust. Beautiful view of the beach from the room. Room was across from a storage hall where garbage bags should not be left.

Honestly I don't know how this property can call itself a 5 star. At one time it probably was a great hotel but now the rooms are pretty beat up and not that clean. At least mine were. On the other hand, the breakfast is good. It's in a good area and it has a pool and gym. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and this place is relatively cheap.
