Ícone antigo de Maceió, precisa melhorar
O Ritz Lagoa da Anta já foi um ícone de Maceió. Hoje vive de glórias do passado. O quarto quádruplo, porém, está bem reformado, é bonito e confortável em tudo. O café da manhã é variadíssimo. As piscinas são lindas, e a área comum mantém sua elegância. Contudo, cobra preços espoliativos pelas diárias, ao passo que não oferece nenhum conforto extra aos hóspedes: o estacionamento é pago por fora e caro, o restaurante também só oferece opções caríssimas, o acesso à sauna não é franqueado aos hóspedes (há que se pagar a um spa terceirizado), da mesma forma que as jacuzzis. Além disso, não resolveram a simples reclamação que fizemos de que a cortina de blackout do quarto estava a mais de 20cm aquém do tamanho ideal, impedindo o descanso, com grande luminosidade, logo ao amanhecer.

Supervalorizado
O hotel atende, mas por ser um Ritz eu esperava mais. O Wi-Fi não funcionava, o quarto não tinha amenidades como chaleira, café, chá. Nem copo tinha, mesmo se quiséssemos tomar água do frigobar teríamos que pedir um copo no restaurante. Eles vendem o passeio para o Lontra Beach club, que tem entrada gratuita para quem está hospedado, e parece que é super vantajoso. Mas o transfer sai tarde e quando o hóspede chega no beach club ele já está cheio. O lugar faz reservas, mas o hotel não informa isso ao hóspede. Cheguei lá e várias esteiras na praia estavam reservadas e não podíamos usar. Fica pra quem quiser ir: reservar o lugar no beach club e ir com transfer particular (não usar o do hotel).

Olá, minha hospedagem foi no Quarto casal standard (Eco Floor), achei a estrutura do hotel bem antiga, poderiam fazer algumas reformas, como por exemplo o box do banheiro que é só metade e acaba molhando todo o lado de fora, encharcando a toalha de piso. No quarto dia de estadia tive que pedir para irem limpar o chão do quarto que visivelmente estava com bastante areia (por ser um destino praiano fica resíduos nas roupas), e o pessoal da limpeza só arrumavam as camas e higienizavam o banheiro, que ficava com um cheiro bem forte de cândida exalando pelo quarto. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, muito completo. As piscinas ótimas. As recreadores são maravilhosas e um poço de simpatia. Todos os colaboradores foram super educados e atenciosos desde o check-in até o check-out.

Excelente estadia com ótimo custo benefício
Foi excelente, quero ótimo bom espaço, estava recém reformado tenho apenas algumas observações: Ar condicionado muito barulhento necessário a troca urgentemente, o registro do chuveiro estava com algum problema na seleção de mistura de água fria com a quente, mas estava usável. Pegamos com meia pensão ou seja jantar incluso, já fomos anteriormente e o restaurante deu um salto considerável na qualidade da refeição, a equipe dele está de parabéns, assim como toda a equipe do hotel que nós trataram muito bem. Além claro do Day use grátis no Lontra Beach Club que é maravilhoso, pra mim ele fica em uma das melhores praias que já pude visitar, vale muito a pena.
