This property was absolutely the worst. Tv did not work , internet, shower was cold, place was filthy, misleading about a pool it was a dirty jacuzzi. I stayed there for a few hours did not sleep and left first thing in the morning. They required the guest to sign non refundable once you’re in the room. It was after I entered the room I realized all the issues. I would never stay nor recommend this place. The workers look like they’re frustrated because they can only do but so much.

The property itself is really great. The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. The rooms are new and have lots of outlets you can use to plug in your electronics. This location has 4 floors but they do not have elevators so be prepared if you are traveling with lots of luggage. The only downside for my stay was the Wi-Fi that was not stable on the 4th floor. Hopefully they can find a way to make it stronger throughout the hotel. The area had construction on the street which would cause the power to go off several times a day and at night. The hotel does have a generator, but it was annoying to deal with especially at night. I still believe that this location deserves a 5 star since the construction was not something they can control and because their staff was outstanding.

Boa localização, boa estrutura e acomodação com recursos tecnológicos interessantes. Excelente variedade de canais na TV. Todavia, o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar (pouca variedade, aparência ruim e baixa qualidade dos itens). O posicionamento do suporte do chuveiro é muito baixo, dificulta o banho, além disso acumula muita água no chão, pela baixa vazão do ralo.
