My wife and two kids stayed here for 1 night and had a great experience. The two Italian girls working the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Our room was beautful with views of the Swiss Alps. I which we could have stayed here longer.

Manager was very kind and full of hospitality! The second day we got back to the hotel after a long hike, and found that our room hadn't been cleand yet. We told this fact to the manager that staff forgot to make up our room. Then, amazingly, he didn't ask the staff to do it, he started cleaning himself and finished it properly. He was also very nice. He introduced us good restaurant and gave us lots of valuable information. And breakfast was also very good. I strongly reccomend this hotel.

Viagem de família, 5 pessoas. Quarto muito amplo, limpo, camas confortáveis, utensílios de cozinha, lareira.. tudo perfeito ! Café da manhã bem honesto. Localização excelente, perto de restaurantes, mercado e fácil acesso às principais atrações. Recomendo !!!

Juluis fue muy amable, el hotel está viejo y descuidado. Estuvimos 3 noches, las camas no son cómodas ni las almohadas. El sanitario tenía fuga y se tiraba agua. El desayuno estaba bien pocas opciones yo diría regular.
