I would rate it higher if not for the amazingly dirty floor. The floor was newer gray wood laminate that hides dirt well, and there was plenty of it. It would be easy to damp mop, and they need to do it. It looks like a lot of construction crews use motels in this area, so undoubtedly some of them wear dirty boots in the room, and then sit on the fabric chairs in dirty coveralls, because the chairs were also dirty. On the bright side, the bathroom was perfectly clean, and the rest of the room was clean. There was no air conditioning, but windows open and there were good fans. They have been upgrading the rooms so it looks good for its age; they just need to mop the floors.

A good one night stay.
The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was Efficient and clean and I felt good about all the lights around lot. The one thing that really bothered me was it had no protective latch when you shut door. Door was right into parking lot. This was the second time a room like this had no latch. Both times you could see that one had been there but never replaced. I liked room. Bed comply and show was nice.

Bummer
There were homeless people next to the dumpster digging around near the hotel corner of the hotel. We stayed in a room 44 beds were lumpy weak very worn out. Staff are friendly, however, hotels very old. It really needs some upgrades.

Don’t be fooled by the outside look of this property. It is budget friendly but has everything that you could want. The lady at the front desk was quick and welcoming and the A/C had been turned on in anticipation of our arrival in 35 degree heat. Most appreciated

Looked like it was recently updated. Bathroom looked to have new tile floors and shower walls. Sink was the wrong size for the cabinet so the just scabbed in several layers of baseboards to fill the gap but didn’t fill them in with anything to find sh it off. Bed were not very comfortable and the sheets were well used and had stains in them. Heater in bathroom was on in July and there was no thermostat to shut it off so the bathroom was hot while trying to cool down the rest of the room. Other than that the stay was not bad.
