Nice place to stay in Mũi Ne.
The unit is very nice and clean. It appears that the unit has not been set up for guest. The lock box was brand new and the batteries were not even installed. The microwave oven was not even plugged in. However, the overall stay was nice and pleassant.

this is a complete SCAM. It’s not a Resort services at all. It’s and individual apartment owner let us rent out. We got 3 rooms and is ruin our families trip. The parking are so limit and there is 4 big tall apartments. We have to park all the way down at bottom like 1/2 mile from the apartment everyday and walk all the way up hill to the apartment. they do provide electric cart pick up but wait very long and a lot people. Also no services for phone in hall way or at lobby. Elevator and hallway very hot no AC at all. If you want to go to the beach need to take an very long escalator down. No one clean our room daily too, try to contact the agent to check in like nobody care and took very long bcuz it’s individual own. No on care to show us where to park. Pool so small and like there are hundreds people in pools. smell and like brown color in pools my kids swim for 30 mins and he got rash all over his body. Even we text the person in charge that we will check out early at 7AM because we book a tour before our family left Mui Ne, so she can come and check the room out for us and give us back our Identification Card. But NO next day no one show up at time and we even call and she came like an hour later. We write because when we book it’s list as hotels and resort, so we expect a full services. and this is completly SCAM to us. We been travel many country and never write a bad review to and hotels or resort. But this expensive and like nothing what they describe. Please consider
