Would stay again just for the bed
Stayed two nights then a further night later that week in a different room. Both beds and pillows wonderfully comfortable. First stay slightly smaller room, happy with everything, staff pleasant. Second stay, no tea or coffee in room, room larger but very slightly shabbier; in the morning staff unapologetic about lack of coffee.

Checked in and we got to our room. Almost instantly after walking in I sensed it was off. Went to the front desk and asked for housekeeping. After waiting for 30 minutes I went back to the front desk and asked to be moved because of the blood on the pillow, especially. After closer look with the front desk staff there was dirt on the bed covers, hair in the bed itself and blood stains on pillow covers. They changed our rooms, but was disappointed. After all that we asked for more coffee and tea and were told we can only have one per day. Last time staying here - the brand Le Meridian landed flat at this location.
