No worth the price
No hot water in room, no sense of urgency to solve problems. Coffee maker dirty. Breakfast lightly poor. Juice flavor not so good, had too much water. Apparently the food court place was no so clean. Technician was repairing ice machine laying down over the main corridor to reach the food court.

It was a horrible experience! We had to change rooms because our TV wouldn't work. When we finally got to watch it, the streaming was wonky; the movie stopped and streamed every ten minutes. Very frustrating! Also, they promoted an indoor heated pool that was iced cold during our stay. The very reason I chose that hotel in the first place was because of the heated pool.

The property is in an ideal location for what we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and quite clean; I personally enjoyed the feather pillows for sleeping. The only thing that was lacking was the breakfast/breakfast service. You have to order off of a menu and the menu was ok-it just took a while to get our orders. The staff was not very attentive and the second day we were in a hurry as we needed to get the airport and my order came out wrong. My husband finished his breakfast and was waiting on me. When the order finally came out, the eggs were right, but part of the breakfast that was supposed to be on the plate was missing. We had to asked several times just to get a straw and some napkins and coffee. I will say that the food was served hot and wasn't bad-but we were counting on a hearty breakfast and felt a bit let down.

Disappointed and asking for breakfast money return
I didn’t like it at all as many things weren’t that good. The breakfast was so awful for the amount I was required to pay for two people while I was only one traveler and no option to choose for one person . For health reasons, the breakfast didn’t suit me. I just ate it three times and money wasted. I will not comment on other things and that was my first and last time in that hotel chain after 7regrettable nights
