Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The only downside was the noise at night. We stayed over the weekend in a high-floor room that faced the main street, and it was super loud. There were people partying outside, heavy traffic, and frequent honking, and the windows didn’t do much to block the noise. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room that doesn’t face the main street.

The staff was great. Unfortunately this hotel is next to a club. All night until 4am, you'll hear cars beeping and people outside being loud. It was horrible. I live in the city so I'm used to noisy environments but this was far worse. My guest and I checked out hours earlier than planned due to this. We were annoyed from lack of sleep and had a long drive ahead. No good city views either from the rooms. No indoor pool. Wouldn't stay here again.

My kids and I stayed Here for a few days to explore Boston and see if Emerson College was a good fit for my teen. Being a single woman with kids always makes me nervous to travel. The staff were so nice and helpful. I felt completely safe. The property is super clean and nice. Fully stocked mini bar was great. Really wonderful location, stayed in a studio suite and was very impressed by how clean and comfortable it was and how it was the full hotel luxury experience you would want The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is my first night it was extremely loud at the two night clubs below my room (even from the 11th floor) and I couldn’t sleep until 3am. It would have been nice to be warned about that, or for other accommodations to be offered, but when I asked the only accommodation they offered was a downgrade in rooms
