The distance from the main city centre and the Christmas Markets made this a great location with a relatively quick walk to the station to se other places nearby. Staff were very friendly too.

After an inauspicious start - arrived at noon to drop bags off to find breakfast buffet/ dirty dishes not cleared away - we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed and good shower. Slightly quirky style of room which was very small but perfectly ok for a few days. Breakfast was standard buffet style. Good location for exploring centre of the city.

Great location and value for money.

Great stay. Small, but very homely room. Nicely decorated, and exceptionally clean. Coffee maker. Nice views of park. Very friendly staff. They gave us extra coffees when we used our complimentary coffee up, and kindly gave us bottles of water when we were leaving the hotel for the day. Would Definitely stay again.

A very small room with no room to walk around the bed, a vtiny wet room as a bathroom with a dreadful "rain" shower, so the water ran into the bedroom, no plug in the handbasin so you hystem which did not function properly, so we were cold every night.

Not somewhere I can recommend. I was eaten alive by bed bugs during a 3 night stay recently. Subsequently e-mailed the company who run the hotel to advise of this hygiene issue and 48 hrs later I've had zero response. Disgraceful.

We stayed in the loft room on the 6th floor. A very unique and fun experience. Felt a little like being in a treehouse. The room has been remodeled in a very modern way, with nice design work. It is a small room, but has everything you need. The breakfast was good. The location is really great. In a walkable area close to the center. Would recommend this hotel.

This hotel has been recently refurbished in a very bright style. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but mine was small. There are a few quirks - the shower and toilet are separated from the sleeping area by glass bricks, so there’s no real privacy if that is important. My room was also internal and very, very dark. The breakfast is good, and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is also perfectly located for the historic centre and for public transport. It’s a good choice, but I’d want a room with an outlook if I stayed again.
