Room was clean. Pillows are perfect. Staff was very, very nice. Breakfast with biscuits and gravy and yummy sausage links was soooooooo good. My compliments to all. Only one thing to note was that our room card key shut us out almost an hour before check-in.... which meant we were locked out at 10:00 a.m. instead of 11:00 a.m. which was check-out time. We were satisfied with everything else. Thank you.

The initial check-in experience wasn’t the best. As myself and another female were checking in and the receptionist kept insisting that we needed two beds instead of one. It was feeling like there were some underlying discriminatory motives behind his statement.(two women very much, so can sleep in the same bed and it shouldn’t be an issue.) secondly the TV did not work the entire time it kept saying something needed to be updated so the TV was just used to mirror. My phone screen the entire time for entertainment. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Checking in was friendly enough. Walking into the lobby the floor was pretty dirty… we came back down to head out for dinner the floor was still all muddy as well as when we returned. Our room was okay… the bathroom needs to be cleaned up and the two holes in the shower wall need to be completely covered…. Little creepy even if it doesn’t go through to the next room. There was some patchwork done by using old plastic wall pieces…. STOP PENALIZING A GUEST FOR WANTING TO PARK AFTER PAYING TO STAY! The parking lot isn’t secured or monitored by security and to go further there are placards stating to park at your own risk…. Get real… stop being greedy.

We checked in on Christmas Eve night, and Sam was at the front desk. Although he was short staffed due to employees wanting to be with their families at Christmas, he was so polite, friendly, attentive and went beyond what was expected on a normal day to be accommodating! He is to be commended! Very grateful for making our stay extraordinary! Besides that, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast.

Under the bathroom vanity was a soiled towel and a clump.of hair...clearly the floor wasn't swept or mopped or thosecwould have been cleaned up. Breakfast service oerson didnt show up. Parking fee wasn't in the booking, but was comped after the problems. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and the staff were nice and apologetic.
