The staff was rude, the air conditioner did not work and they went ahead and put us in the room anyway and then after we had unloaded everything, give us the option to move to another room, which would not be much better. We were charged extra for use of the pool and the hot spring because our room didn’t qualify, we’re not sure what that means. We asked for a single level due to a handicap and they gave us a room with stairs even though there were others available when I asked for one without stairs they said they didn’t have any available though the room across from us was vacant And they told us it was per room even though we were staying multiple nights. They did not have washcloths or hand towels. They didn’t carry them when we went ahead and paid for the pool. They handed us towels. This wasn’t more than five minutes later, they charged a $50 deposit that takes two weeks to get back , even though the room had no amenities, the refrigerator didn’t work. The microwave only heated for one minute and then you would have to reset it for another minute. They had no ice machine and their vending machines were broken.
