Clean but unorganized
Very clean and comfortable but had some issues checking in. First our key cards did not work, then room we were given was occupied. Woken up at 3 am to fire alarm. Stood outside for an hour with absolutely no direction from hotel staff or firefighters. Was finally told by another hotel guest it was safe to go back in.

Disappointing
The hotel is very nice. The biggest disappointment was how the staff handled the 3am fire alarm. There was minimal communication during the hour we were outside, and not a word said at checkout concerning the fairly significant inconvenience.
