Faster check in!
Check in should be faster for people with reservations that are paid in full. My family and I had to wait over 30 minutes because staff took long with certain guests checks in. My son is special needs and it was very difficult for him to wait so long when his favorite activity which is swimming was so close and we couldn’t get to it.

Great Stay
Our stay was great. We stayed in the wolf den sweet so the kids loved their bunk bed area. The water park was fun for all ages. Staff was friendly and helpful. I called for extra pillows and sheets for the pullout sofa bed and they were at our door with the pillows and sheets within ten minutes. It was an overall great stay and experience. Definitely going to go back!

Safety concerns, overpriced and unhelpful staff.
One of our party slipped at the pool and hit head on exposed concrete pillar. Hotel response wasn’t good. The staff just gave ice packs and told us where the hospital was. No accident report filed, I had to insist on it. Required a brain scan and 3 stitches. No follow up call to us to check on the injured party. I eventually went to reception on check out and no report had be filed. We insisted on an injury report. They offered us a discount off a further stay and $100 food voucher. If you book through a 3rd party they can never return money, this is a constant problem I’ve had with hotel.com. It’s one reason not to book via hotels.com. Also the whole facility is Cashless, every hotel should have an option for customers wanting to use cash. It’s also incredibly expensive for everything once inside. I wouldn’t go back. If you’re going to this area, just pick a nice hotel with a pool and avoid wolf lodge.
