Unreliable for business travel
Booked this on hotels.com about 2 weeks prior to the trip only to find on arrival that they did not in fact have my reservation and were saying they had not received payment when it was paid for through Hotels.com. It wasn't until Hotels.com got involved that they found my reservation but said they were completely booked out. However managed to find me a standard room when I had paid for a Deluxe Business suit. No refund, No apology, very poor service. Wont be coming back and could not recommend this to anyone. I do a lot of travel for business and this is the first time I have ever had this happen by a property. The fact that they downgraded my room but failed to refund the difference was astonishing!
