Broken chair outside. Our sheets where stained. Overall not a bad property…. Our friends had a terrible odour in their property, and they ended up relocating to another room.

Third stay in this hotel. The staff are always friendly and efficient. What I like: decent sized pool which always seems to be well temperature controlled. Rooms are clean and mostly practical (for the cost). What I didn't like: . Pool was the dirtiest I had seen (I come same tome every year). Lots of dead insects floating in the pool. Suggest provide a pool net - I would have been happy to clean before use. . Showers were poor; almost had to turn the shower OFF to access the cold water which meant low to zero pressure. IF turned on more than 5-10 degrees it was ridiculously hot. . Air conditioner was clearly underpowered, or needing to be replaced. It was 38 degrees maximum outside, and despite our a/c being on 19 degrees for 24 hours the inside temperature was 28 degrees at 10pm, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Property looks run down from exterior as currently being repainted . Interior has been renovated so rain shower and beds are great . But no Window treatment in bathroom and can see through window as so lacking privacy . Could not get WIFI to work with Q scan or manual login . Guarantee for room service and due to understaffing could not provide so had to pick up from reception

Had our good mountain bikes stolen from the “secure” accommodation carpark during the night. They were all locked and strapped to our trailer. No cctv footage for carpark and Management did not offer much assistance at all, in fact it was as though they weren’t surprised. Only thing they did was allow us to keep our stuff in our room a little longer as we sorted out our car. Room was very loud with guests in courtyard and neighbouring room making noise very late.
