Great place to stay
Logan, 1-night trip

Great place
Was just a quick trip with one night stay but everything was great. Make sure to check your text messages as you arrive because that is where they send all the check in information. They don’t have a formal check in process like hotels do. I would stay here again as it is within walking distance to the Memorial Auditorium and downtown.

Great location!
The mattress was super comfy, and the room was nicely laid out and very clean. The common areas were also quite clean. Only 2 minor issues--1 of the bathrooms had no toilet paper in it during our 2 nights there, and I wasnt sure who to talk to about it. Also, the bed frame was a metal frame that needed some serious tightening. Other than that, it was a great place to stay! Would definitely stay again!!

Great Location for an overnight
My brother and my we’re in town for a concert at the Walker Theater. This location was perfect. Clean, Convenient, very comfortable. The room was huge with 2 Queen Sized beds. The charm of the place was very pleasant. The price was right and if we travel back for a show we will certainly book this Property. Thank you for a great experience.

Wasn’t a fan of the shared bathrooms but the price of the place makes up for it. The room itself was nice and I loved the magazines.

We liked the property but weren’t used to sharing a bathroom. It was clean and safe and our room was very nice. The host and his dog were great!

It was an amazing stay. I failed to see the detail about the shared bathroom when I booked, but it was no problem! The room was perfect! I loved the staff. The shared kitchen worked flawlessly. You could prepare all your meals there. It was a Hostel on steroids!!! I mean that as a HUGE compliment!!!

The place gives it a bed and breakfast vibes that is close to downtown. Love the rocking chairs and porch swing, greeted by the cute fur babies that lives there. The love the access to share the kitchen, laundry area and bathrooms...the parking lot has an incline hill so if you ride a motorcycle, please be aware of the surroundings , i have dropped my motorcycle, had help to get it up. Not the end of the world. Definitely love this place and will book again when i visit.

Older Folks should stay away
It was... interesting. I didn't realize that this was a true boarding house style hotel/inn. That's my fault and we made do. On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being dirty and 10 being very clean, these were maybe a 4. Didn't care for seeing other people's hair, etc. in sink and toilet. The shower seemed clean enough. The noise level was outrageous as there's a bar very nearby and loud music went on until the wee hours. And I would highly recommend rain gutters - heavy rain overnight and lots of very loud droplets hitting the ground outside the window - sounded like bombs doing off. Hyperbole, I know, but it was VERY LOUD. And the blinds don't shut properly, leaving the room dimly lit from outside lights. The room was clean, so appreciate that. So twenty-somethings would probably enjoy this guest house, but it's not something I would recommend to older folks. And the steps from parking lot are just large stones, 1 of them was loose and my 76-year-old husband almost fell. Not well lit in parking lot either. And it was very difficult following the instructions to where we should park, and in a heavy rainstorm/thunderstorm, that was very stressful.
