A/c amazing during a heat wave!!! Marais I feel is the best neighborhood for a solo traveller. I never felt unwelcome or ignored or anything bad that Paris has that reputation. I didn’t see or was confronted with it this trip… Anywhere. I heard “It’s August. Parisiennes are on holiday.” I woke up one morning at duo I was stiff and joints I never knew I had were cracking. The breakfast guy looked after me. Wow, very nice!!!
