1. The room I was arranged is not what I booked, Hotel said they will re-arrange next day, but nothing happen. 2. Water drainage is leaking, but hotel is not aware. 3. Full of smoking smell throughout corridor. 4. Restaurant waiters just chatting instead of managing buffet area. Even there is no enough dish or cups. 5. Sockets are very difficult to plug in. Very. Very comfortable night sleep
Very quiet and comfortable nights sleep as it is away from busy main roads. Clean large rooms. The mezzanine and Terrace has s great bar. Where u can get food. And live band sings from 7pm to 10pm. They were quite good. Friendly waiting staff too. The lobby restaurant good too. Laundry service quick and reliable. All in all this is a good hotel. But hidden away. But if you have transport not a problem. Still very good location in Bengaluru. Will stay here again.

excellent business trip
It was a great stay. The surrounding is typical for the area of Bangalore. The staff was very helpful and courteous, their english speaking skills were great. The breakfast buffet was excellent, it has lots of options, the ommelets and their juices are very fresh. The lounge next to the pool is very comfortable but the work out room could use a few more pieces of equipment.
