The hotel was excellent! From check in to check out. The hotel is spotless. The room was great, spacious and relaxing. The in room dining was great too. The breakfast spread was quite elaborate and had many cuisines. Definitely a must experience hotel! Even for a staycation.

An expensive stay with very poor service
this stay was rather bad as there service was poor at the club lounge and I had to move rooms because it was too noisy due to wedding band on 19th floor. very disappointed with this stay. I had to wait a long time to get any service at the club lounge which shows the hotel to be operating poorly and I was charged at a very high price. totally unprofessional.

I have stayed here two times in the past 2 years and I absolutely love this property! Friendly folks beautiful rooms and dining options. Only issue I had was the vault had a mind of its own, made 3 attempts to get it sorted with the engineers finally had to replace it but everything else trumped this issue. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were large and well laid out. Will return on my next visit later this year! Wonderful week spent!

The hotel is ok. For some reason, they charge 10 to 15 times more than the street-level price (eg uber) for transportation…the hôtel is in the middle of nowhere so you need to be ready to be driven around. The food is the highlight of the place…and the only attraction of the city if you ask me.
