Everyone at the hotel helped my husband when he couldn't walk. It's a shame I can't remember everyone's names, but everyone was so kind and I was really touched. Thanks to everyone, we had the best stay ever. The view and warm atmosphere made me really glad I came here. The room was clean, the staff was very nice and offered a "Bula" at every turn. The pool seemed a little run down and could use some repairs. There are few places to snorkel by just walking out to certain areas. We actually saw a moray eel. The hobo cat is free to use, but if you would like some instruction for a bit, it will cost. "All inclusive" can mean different things. Here it means the meals are free, but drinks of any kind do cost.
