Price and pool
I called a couple of days before we came and asked if the pool was open and the lady said yes. I called the day before to make sure and the lady informed me it was and we get there the next day and pool was closed. That was the main reason we were coming so our kid could swim. We also downgraded our room and they still charged us for the original room we had instead of lowering our price.

Everyone was friendly. The checkin went great. Beds were okay comfortable. The worst part is they want you to pay for breakfast. We paid over $300 for a room because of game night and then you have to pay $15 a person for breakfast. I think that’s a little ridiculous.

Easy check in and friendly front staff. Room is definitely a bit dated and older looking, but it was clean and spacious. AC, Hot Water and Water pressure were all great. Parking was easy too. Close to restaurant and MSU Campus and great location.

The price does not match the condition of the hotel. The bathroom was disgusting, the toilet was rusted, mildew and soap scum was all over the shower walls, it smelled horrible, the refrigerator did not work and the iron leaked rusty water on my clothes!!! They have this beautiful continental breakfast out for guests but unfortunately after paying high dollar to stay there you also are charged $11 for yogurt and bagels. Very disappointed! The young ladies who worked on the night of June 27, 2024 are AWESOME!!!!
