It is a convenient hotel to stay as it is a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station. The easy access to the Metro station (also one of the quieter stations) gives you the ability to travel Lisbon conveniently without the hassle of unsavory characters trying to pickpocket or gain money from hassling you. Unfortunately the negative with this hotel is the fact that check in is a very long and arduous task. Perhaps there should be an ability to check in online and have a pre-checked guest queue. Perhaps streamlining their procedures would be beneficial to the chain of hotel

No frills, but a convenient hotel to stay a night before flying out of Lisbon Airport. No shuttle, but Uber and taxi readily available. Very clean. Comfortable bed. May consider leaving extra pillows in the room.

Decent location, good breakfast, strange bathroom
The hotel was in an ok spot between subway stations and close to the Oriente amenities. The property is nice with a south facing garden and sitting area. Breakfast was excellent with good coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, and most anything you would want except eggs. We were impressed by the automatic pancake maker which was much cleaner than what you see in the US. The shower was a little awkward with just shampoo and gel soap locked next to the sink. We actually stayed here twice when arriving and leaving Portugal so the location again was good but our second stay came without the breakfast so we paid the 10 euros per person for breakfast.
