Siamo tornati qui per la seconda volta,ci siamo trovati bene come allora!! il personale è sempre al top della gentilezza,sempre col sorriso e pronto a darti consigli su tutto. Hanno rinnovato un po l'hotel,guadagnando punti a favore,stanza delle colazioni è piu grande,colazione buona,la signora della reception,visto che siamo tornati,ci ha assegnato una suite al prezzo della stanza normale,meravigliosa!!! Poi un giorno era il compleanno di mia moglie e la signora Teresa della reception se ne è accorta quando abbiamo fatto il check in,e la mattina del compleanno le ha fatto una sorpresa,regalandole una scatolina dorata,con dentro dei cioccolatini,un gesto bellissimo e molto apprezzato!! l'hotel è centrale,pulito,con grande parcheggio privato gratuito, sotto c'è un panificio che apre alle 22 di sera,tutto buonissimo,un profumo di pane e di dolci a tutte le ore.....Hotel assolutamente da consigliare,specialmente per la gentilezza di tutto il personale che ci lavora!!!

Abbiamo alloggiato una sola notte in una suite questo hotel a causa della cancellazione del volo, quindi prenotato al volo. La struttura si trova vicino al giardino botanico, in una zona abbastanza tranquilla, per quello che ci è sembrato. La camera era spaziosa e comprendeva un ampio balcone sulla strada principale. L'arredamento un po' spoglio, ma dovendoci solo dormire non ritengo sia fondamentale. Colazione completa di tutto e personale cortese e simpatico.

Good spot!
Great place to stay in the center of Ponta Delgaga. Close to a cafe and bakery all within feet of the hotel. Parking is onsite and free! Best perk of the trip. Free breakfast was great as well and the staff were excellent and very accommodating. Have zero complaints. Rooms could have some updates, but everything was spotless.
