The check-in desk was in the restaurant located around the corner from the hotel. The clerk handed me four keys on a ring and walked with me to the hotel. The first key opened the building, the second opened a hallway that had four rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third key unlocked the room I booked and the fourth unlocked my private bathroom. As I entered the bedroom, it had an unpleasant smell and I mentioned this to the clerk who had no comment. Later I reported that the WiFi was not working and the tv as well. On the positive side, some of the restaurant staff were very cordial and the meals were good. I really wanted to call EXPEDIA and request a refund.
