Perfect Family Getaway with a Touch of Luxury
The hotel was amazing,luxurious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ame for the extra friendly service, it really made our stay even more enjoyable. Our six-year-old daughter loved the play area in the restaurant, which gave us the chance to relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. A truly refreshing and memorable stay.

It was honestly the best hotel experience we have ever had! The staff were friendly, the food was good, the spa treatments were to die for and the rooms were stunning. But the best part was how amazing the staff made our trip. Super friendly staff especially Amie and Jessi. They went above and beyond. Rooms were well appointed and the daily cakes and biscuits were a lovely touch. Nancy is very friendly and helpful. I had a bad fall at Old Town due to slippery ground. Nancy recommended local ointment White Tiger balm to apply. It helped in reducing some pain. Jessie is another staff who is friendly and cheerful. Highly recommend for a memorable stay.

Staff from housekeeping to bellboys are all very personable and helpful, especially Lily whom we could Whatspp-text for info and massage bookings, and also Nancy who is very hospitable. In-house massage was one of the best I’ve had that we had daily appointments! 10-15 mins drive to Ancient Town, 10-15 mins drive to Hoi A Memories Land, 30 mins drive to VinWonders, 5 mins walk to local market. Highly recommended for a cozy and comfortable stay in Hoi An!
