Terrible Experiance for a resort in Vietnam/ HoiAn; we have been travelling in various places in Vietnam for over a month, and Renaissance HoiAn was our last stop. the property is very badly maintained, the stuff is not well trained, the common areas are not clean, the food is a really shame, and the overall experiance is really poor; the only good point of the resort is the rooms- spacy, quite, and confortable. We would not recomend anyone to experiance this proprty, and would not beleive that the property is a 5 stars level (maybe 3 stars in a good day...). without complete review of the conditions of the property and the managment - this property should be off the market;

Fantastic stay at the Renaissance hotel, the staff were warm, welcoming, polite and always lovely to speak with, special shout-out to Nguyen, Hannah and Mark. Our Junior Suite room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view over the pool and beach. The pool and beach themselves were calm and relaxing even when the hotel itself was busy, and breakfast had plenty of options catering for all cuisines.

We booked the junior suite and it was beautiful! The staff were always very helpful and attentive whether if it was at the pool, restaurant or room. The room had so much room and was very clean. The only downside was that the ceiling had a bit of mold.

This hotel is amazing! Really luxury hotel. The swimming pool is big and clean. Beach is next to the swimming pool. Great breakfast. We travel a lot and stayed in many different hotels with similar set up. This one is one of the best. It is quite at night, not like most hotels in Danang. If I could give more than 10 points, I would do it.

Staff were exceptional, went above and beyind to make you feel welcome....and always greeted by name!! 10 out of 10 from us on all aspects. One word of caution, we had booked as it had come up as a hotel with an indoor/outdoor pool and that really isnt the case, there's a large bath half in and half out on the roof space. A fantastic hotel with great food, excellent roof top bar and restaurant, all very reasonable but the stand out features were definitely the staff....thanks for a great stay 👌

The resort is in Cua Dai which is about 15-20 min from Hoi An ancient town. On the weekend it may be tough to get a Grab/taxi during dinner time. The resort is very nice however the rooms are not well insulated as you can hear people in the next room especially if they have kids. Restaurants are below par, services are slow as they are very busy during breakfast. Food are average hence you will be prone to venture out for foods.

The room, staff, pool and spa were great, the only issue was the carpet on the 2nd floor walking to our room was really bad, smelly, dirty. Also the shuttle was always booked, could have been solved by running more runs to old town. Other then those two issues it was a great stay and we would definitely go back.

Great place and staff were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. We had bad weather but still had a great time due to the great staff and fantastic buffet. Special mention to Duyen Nhi and Helen for making us feel like our family was never in need and providing us with great service. Also the head chef at the buffet giving us options and requests was a real treat.
