We had no air conditioning. We checked in at 7:30pm and waited till 10:40 pm for the room to cool down but realized Air conditioning wasn’t working. Nice hotel within easy access to all of Florence's attractions. Clean and comfortable. Only issue was that we had clicked off 'Parking' and it was listed as available which was one of the reasons for selecting the hotel. Did not realize until arrival that 'available' didn't necessarily mean included or on-site. It was reasonably priced (15 Euro/24hr) but about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Friendly multilingual staff, nice breakfast with a cute little courtyard view from the breakfast area. The mattresses were too soft. Decent location in what felt like a safe area though probably wise to not walk from train station late at night.
