Overall great stay and good value for the money. Situated in a good area with easy access to transportation and the airport limo. Despite being next to a busy street the hotel is tucked away, so it was quiet. I wish there was a convenience store right by the hotel, but it's Seoul so there's one 5 minutes away in each direction. Only downsides were that the drainage in the shower was not great leading to flooding in the bathroom, and the tub would slowly drain even when it was plugged. Would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!! It was excellent! Beautiful rooms, great staff and a restaurant on premise that clearly caters to an international market with a variety of tasty selections. Reasonable rates as well. And they offer late check out for a nominal fee and have a place to hold bags. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation.

Rooms were beautiful and the balconies were a great addition! However, the drainage in the shower for my room seems to be a bit faulty. The water didn’t drain properly and would kind of sit on the shower floor. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed my stay!

Location is the best, near by Hongdae about 1 km. can walk to hongdae. The hotel is near by Subway Hap-jeong station. Everryday is clean room, change the towel, add water drinking. Overall is the best.

The hotel was great because it’s new and modern and had all the niceties of a luxurious hotel. However! This location is bad, it’s not near any convenience stores, kinda in a weird spot with no restaurants nearby (walk at least 10-15 minutes). Wouldn’t choose this spot again simply because of the location. Odd stay, rating lower because location really affected the activities.

New and clean, nice interior design
I stayed two type of rooms in this trip, suite double room and deluxe double room. Both of them has firm bed and good pillow, all room has balcony which is the main reason I choose this hotel. I had a very good sleep at suite room, it’s a corner room, big enough for me and my luggage, and the bathtub is so relaxing. However, deluxe double room is way too small, no room for luggage. Room 809, washroom lighting automatically turn off 4 times during my stay (9 hours only), which scared me to death……👻 Restaurant open too late (11am) and closed too early.

New Hotel, great neighborhood
A new-ish hotel. The duvet was a gorgeous, fluffy, down comforter. The bed was big. The rainfall shower was lush. We had a nice view from the 8th floor. They had a filtered water tap in our room which was cool. Check in time is strict, but we were able to store our bags. A note, they didn’t have an iron. Our beautiful tub was leaking from the seal at the bottom. There must be a leak in the piping. The hotel doesn’t seem finished yet. There were signs for a rooftop bar, a garden and a brewery, but none of these things were in operation. The area is excellent, close to the metro and Hongdae area. I would stay here again.

Worst experience ever, lousy service
Worst hotel ever, especially the staffs attitude. All of sudden in middle of night the AC got really noisy. Apparently you cannot control it by yourself in the room which made sleeping almost impossible. Room is super super small and a normal big luggage cannot even fit in there. They call you 10min before check out to remind you, apparently check out time is already 11am. As soon as one minute past 11 they keep calling every few minutes to chase you to check out. 15min after official check out time they ask you to pay penalty for 15min stay longer in room. WORST service ever.l for that high price. Do not stay there.

Mildew Smelling Towels...
Towels smell like mildew. After you wipe your face/body, you will smell like mildew. Replaced towels to new ones but they all smelled. We ended up buying new towels from the HomePlus across the street and washed them at the coin laundry because hotel would not let us cancel and get refund on remaining nights. Front desk were helpful and accommodating. The towels are dark towels so obviously hotel cannot use bleach on them. Bed sheets did not smell. Hardwood floor was a bit dirty - made white socks slightly dirty. Tub was nice. Shower also smelled slightly of mildew. I have lived in Korea for few months and know that towels can smell because they are air dried but at a hotel that is unacceptable and really disgusting.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Had an awesome stay as the room was epic in the design, minimalism, and eco friendly way. I had a balcony, and screened door, so at night I had it open for the cold air. The design of the room has clean lines and earthy colors, and no hotel art to stare at wondering what exactly you're looking at. The room came with a triple filtered water tap in the wall to tell your kettle for the complimentary peppermint tea or instant coffee packets. The soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner all smell of subtle orange; not overpowering or headache inducing like a lot of other places. Room also comes with 2 complimentary bathrobes (they have s hood and pockets!!) That are of the softest denim you've ever felt that will satisfy any hedonistic person with stimulation fixiation. Forgot your toothbrush or any accessories? No problem, the room has those ready for you in easy tearaway (no lie, barely touch, and woooo toothbrush) individually wrappings. The restaurant, cafe, and bakery are all in one -- staff is super helpful and friendly, some can speak English, so if you struggle with memorizing Korean vocabulary; no problem! Food was amazing, but expensive, but it is fine dining, so it was worth it in the end. If you don't like humans coming near your food, that's okay, they have a little robot to deliver food to you instead. Didn't make it up to the rooftop bar, but will next time.
