First night had very stuffy tiny room w no room for luggage or clothes , even AC was not working . I complained and asked to be moved . I then loved my room,! Would have been better higher up but was I so happy to have more room since I paid a lot extra for a double . Loved the bathtub and the decor! Bedding is really wonderful. The location is really superb! Staff is fantastic. But be prepared for tiny lobby, tiny elevator and small rooms and no toiletries other than soap. But I would stay again. Such great staff and charming decor.

The hotel was well located and surrounded by plenty of brasseries, cafes, etc. - in walking distance of many famous sites and near a metro station. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and I had a warm welcome each time I entered the hotel. I only had a continental breakfast but it was delicious with fresh pressed orange juice and probably the best croissant I ever had. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the room was rather small - it had everything I needed but was tiny and unusual.
